The Photography Gallery will remain open from 10:00 h until 22:00 h from Monday 22 February until Saturday 6 March and will be located at the Principal room of Expositions (Hall).

"Via entre Boires (Huascarán): 18 días en la pared"
Duration: 1h

Argument: Opening of new route in the East of the rocky triangle of the North Huascarán (6.150m), White mountain range, Peru. Ascent made during the summer of the 2008, in “solitaire-accompanied”, counting with the collaboration of Youri Cappis in diverse aspects of the climb. This climbing combines the free style with artificial and the ice climbing.

An exhaustive and complete review of all the activities that I have practiced during my sport life. From the sportive climbing, - where I climbed a 8b level-, to the expeditions to Himalaya, passing through the winter climbings in the french Alps and the adventures in the Antártida. This film tries to make a review of my life and to show as well all the specialties that at the moment are integrated under the umbrella of the Alpinism. Also a special approach is presented, with the new dimension that for me has acquired the mountain: the image, films and the difussion of this sport.

Some names integrated in this film: Grandes Jorasses, Vignemal in winter, Shishapagma (8012 m, south-west face), Annapurna (8091 m), Everest (8846 m), Makalu (8462 m, West pilar), Broad Peak (8046 m), Dhaulagiri (8167 m), Manaslu (8163 m), Gasherbrum IV and the Maud Queen Realm (Antártida).
